Hmm, it seems I'm still figuring this one out! Some days I wonder, "am I the bee or am I the sunflower?"
I could throw at you a bunch of labels, and write long paragraphs about where I've been and what I've done, but that wouldn’t really fully unfold what I'm truly about.
Probably my ultimate awareness of that is, "I’m all about Love and Joy. These things I can’t really touch physically, but I sure know it when they touch me; vibrationally raising me higher."
I'm a happy person…most of the times; though not necessarily unhappy the rest of the times.
I do spend a great deal of my existence marveling at what is possible. I love being in Nature, and I love knowing that there is a "greater force out there!" And even more in love when I was called to remember that this greater force is inside of me. That I already am Superpowered!
I believe in the importance of having peace of mind. Within that, I always find love, joy, serenity, abundance, and personal acceptance. Everyone comes with a unique sense of value. In my relationships, others become a part of what I endearingly call a self-directed empire – a collective of authentic, long-lasting connections with people and experiences who are my guides, whether in contrast or alignment. It's all alignment, really. Each one of us deserves to experience Feeling Good in every area of life.
I practice word (thought), sound (speech), power (attitude/energy) vibration in relationships with myself and others. Word-Sound-Power means I'm always mindful of the thoughts I think, the words I speak, and the energy I use to project them.
Three of my favorite quotes:
"Emancipate yourself from mental slavery. None but ourselves can free our minds." - Bob Marley
"Do you raise your vibration, or does your vibration raise you?" - who said this again?
"If you want to be immortal, live a life worthy of being remembered." - Bruce Lee
And here's a bonus food for thought from an old proverb, "When an egg is broken from the outside, life ends. But when it's broken from the inside, life begins." This makes sense in the instance when either the egg is being scrambled or the chicken is hatching. But, I'm left to thinking about what happens during the actual fertilization process. Isn't that life being created by the breaking of an egg? Hmmm, maybe because the egg is still on the 'inside' (!?)
Music I Full-joy:
Well this one spans cultures and languages, so it depends on my personal mood/environment, but I really love:
Conscious, Roots Reggae
Authentic, vibrational, Earth-shaking, soul-jerking, ritualistic African drumming
With all of this, I truly believe every day I wake up to a gift that is myself; and I'm then transformed into a blank canvas upon which I can create my masterpiece.
I'm allowing peace of mind as I nourish and be nourished in the MKMMA. There's more to come...
"I already am what I aim to be"
"I always keep my promises"
