The truth this week is "yes, I do believe it is!" Have I gotten it perfect? "It's perfect for where I am, yes!"
Week 6 of the Master Key Experience course comes to an end. Let me just say this here, "this course is No Joke!" My mind gives up wanting to compare it to others (thank you mind). I've always believed that each moment builds onto the next.
To Mark, Fabulous Davene, MKE Guides, and those who make this course possible, "A BIG THANK YOU!" You have helped to stimulate my imagination in ways I had long forgotten.
Many of the ideas here aren't new to me, as I've been practicing 'conscious livity' for over 20 years. Yes, that does beg the inevitable question, "and what of it?" As for my intentions, I'm usually manifesting more questions than anything else. But even those were all in preparation for now.
There's a different "charge" within me; my mind is more aware; my intentions are clearer; I'm forming new habits of excellence.
Just how am I doing this?
With the MKE, I'm reminded that "good habits are the key to all success." I'm forming good habits and staying committed to changing my own mind! I'm watching my thoughts and how they project out into the world around me. And not just thinking or saying this out loud, but actually doing it for more than 5 minutes, or a week or two! For the next 5 months in the course, I'm practicing forging new disciplines. "Only principles endure and these I now possess."
The format in which the MKE delivers is superb. My mind is constantly barraged with ideas and exercises that it only has time to focus on what I do want. And this I've learned to define and refine in my Definite Major Purpose statement. I'm remembering that every thought sets my brain cells into action, and that thoughts that fire together, wire together (whether desired or otherwise).
With perfect practice, what I want expresses perfectly.
It's totally up to me to consciously observe what thoughts I'm practicing perfectly. Are they the ones I desire or not; conscious or not; and what effects am I witnessing in my life (hint, that's the tell tale sign). If indeed I'm capable of thinking over 70,000 thoughts per day, and that 90% (63,000 thoughts!) are the same thoughts from the day before, then how many of these am I really aware of and which ones am I practicing perfectly? Which thoughts are wired to what feelings? And even still, which ones need to be changed?
I'm aligning my thoughts to match my desires and forming new neuropathways to create a life worthy of my dreams!
